Michael Stewart founded Stewart Marketing Group, LLC in 2006 after more than a decade of success in branded merchandising and packaging. Since then, he has spent nearly two decades helping customers build strong connections with their audiences and create positive energy around their brands with both clients and employees.

Over the years, Michael has built a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable business partner. He is known for offering practical guidance to customers who are working to balance quality, cost, and timelines—while still delivering results that make their brand stand out. He has also been recognized for generously sharing his time and expertise with new business entrepreneurs, often without expectation of financial return.

Michael’s philosophy is simple:

His first goal is always to understand a client’s objectives, brand, and budget so that every marketing campaign meets their needs and leaves a lasting impression.

Growing Up:

Michael grew up in a small town of just over 300 people. His early years were shaped by modest circumstances and strong community values. Resources were limited, and daily life required resilience, cooperation, and determination.

He often reflects on a moment from his childhood when, at about nine or ten years old, he sat on the back steps of his home and realized that the world was bigger than what he saw around him. From that point forward, he made a decision to listen to people who offered positive advice about setting and achieving goals.

Over time, he was fortunate to be mentored by individuals who demonstrated kindness, faith, love of family, generosity, and community engagement. Encouraged by those mentors, Michael pursued higher education at Drake University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics.

He went on to work for several large corporations, building relationships with people from many backgrounds who shared their dreams, strategies, resilience, and determination to succeed.

Michael does not view his story as one of overcoming adversity. Instead, he sees it as the journey that shaped the person he became and the business he continues to build.
